Therapy with Dr. Sarah O’Shea

Therapy Services

Therapy with Dr. O’Shea is designed to support children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate emotional, behavioral, relational, and identity-related challenges. Dr. O’Shea approaches therapy with curiosity, care, and respect for each individual’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.

At KaleidoSpark, therapy is guided by the belief that clarity comes from looking at the whole picture—much like a kaleidoscope, where understanding emerges when different pieces are seen together. Sessions are personalized and collaborative, integrating evidence-based approaches while attending to developmental needs, sensory experiences, family dynamics, and the environments people move through every day.

The “spark” represents those moments when things begin to make sense—when insight grows, confidence builds, and individuals and families start to see new possibilities. Therapy focuses on helping clients reconnect with their strengths, better understand their challenges, and find practical, meaningful ways forward.
